• Account info: name and email address
• Health and behavioral data: meltdown logs, triggers, severity, duration
• Children profile data entered by parents and caregivers only
• Purchase history via RevenueCat and Apple App Store
• Usage and diagnostic data for app stability

2. How We Use Your Data

• To store and display meltdown logs and child profiles
• To generate AI insights via OpenAI (data not used for AI training)
• To verify subscription status via RevenueCat
• To improve app performance

3. Data Storage and Security

Data stored securely in Google Firebase with encryption in transit and at rest. We do not sell your data.

4. Third-Party Services

• Google Firebase - authentication and database
• OpenAI - AI insights (data not stored or used for training)
• RevenueCat - subscription management
• Apple App Store - payment processing

5. Children's Privacy

MeltdownMap is for parents and caregivers. We do not collect data from children under 13.

6. Data Deletion

Contact us to delete your account and data. Data removed within 30 days. Logs can be deleted in-app.
