Nothing. OneDollar: PDF Editor has no account system, no analytics, no advertising, and no servers that receive your information. We do not have the ability to see your documents, your edits, or how you use the app.
PDFs you open, create, scan, edit, or sign are stored locally on your device (in the app's storage and, where you choose, in the iOS Files app). They are never uploaded to us or to any third party. When you use the Share feature, iOS sends the file directly to the destination you pick (Messages, Mail, WhatsApp, Files, etc.) — it does not pass through us.
All features run entirely on your device, including text recognition (OCR), image enhancement, compression, and search indexing. No content leaves your device to make these features work.
If you use the document scanner, the app requests camera access solely to capture the page you are scanning. If you create a PDF from photos, the app accesses only the specific images you select. These images are used only to build your PDF and are not sent anywhere.
If you enable the optional app lock, authentication is handled entirely by Apple's local biometric system. OneDollar never receives your biometric data.
If you use iOS system search to find your documents, the app provides document titles and text to Apple's on-device Spotlight index. This index stays on your device and is managed by iOS.
Any purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment details. Apple's handling of that transaction is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
The app does not collect data from anyone, including children. It is safe for all ages.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
