StayProof is a documentation tool, not a law firm or attorney. Reports, templates, dispute letters, deadline reminders, and guidance are provided for convenience only and are not legal advice. For advice about your situation, consult a qualified attorney.
We do not guarantee any result. We do not promise that a charge will be reversed, a deposit returned, or that any report, photo, or document will be accepted, admissible, or treated as legally binding evidence by any host, hotel, landlord, platform, bank, or court. Laws vary by location and change.
You are solely responsible for what you capture and send. Keep your photos, videos, notes, and dates accurate and truthful. Do not fabricate, stage, or alter evidence. Only document property you are authorized to document, respect the privacy of others, and comply with all applicable laws, lease terms, and platform rules. The app never sends anything on your behalf — you choose what to share and with whom.
Condition comparisons, quality checks, fee scanning (OCR), repair-cost ranges, proof scores, and risk estimates are automated and provided "as is." They may miss, misread, or misjudge details. Always review results yourself.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that data will never be lost.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StayProof and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any charges, fees, deposit deductions, lost data, or dispute outcomes arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
StayProof Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. A free trial, if offered, automatically converts to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before it ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings. Prices are shown in the app.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the current version.
